The Equiton Residential Income Fund Trust (“Equiton”) is a real estate investment trust that specializes in acquiring income producing multi-unit residential properties and student housing in Canada. Equiton currently targets properties within a 2-hour driving radius from Toronto, Ontario. Investors are projected to participate in the yield from the rental income and growth in the value of the underlying properties.
NationWide III Self Storage Trust
NationWide Self Storage & Auto Wash Trust (the "Trust") is a unique real estate investment with objectives structured to provide monthly income (targeting an annualized preferred base return of 8%; plus participation thereafter in all income and profits) and the potential for long-term growth through the increasing value of real estate properties. The Trust will invest all the Available Funds in securities of the Partnership (as defined in the Offering Memorandum), which will in turn use the proceeds to acquire a 1.33 acre (57,934 sq. ft.) property located at 1485 West Trans-Canada Highway in Kamloops, British Columbia (the “Development Property”). Since inception, Durum tripled its initial equity investment and turned $12.7 million from a few families into $37.9 million. What is Bow Water & Land? Bow Water & Land is an investment opportunity involving two distinct assets - the first being 298.5 acres of farmland located 6.4 kilometers west of the City of Calgary. The second asset is a prospective water allocation for up to 1,000 acre feet of water per year which is enough to service 10,000 people annually. The prospective water allocation is nearly 10 times larger than the required amount for any future development of the land. Bordering 1.6 kilometers of the Trans-Canada Highway and adjacent to Calaway Park, a popular amusement park near the City of Calgary, the Lands provide long-term development potential as the City of Calgary and the surrounding communities continue to grow. Our land development project plan seeks to add value to the lands by addressing the four key components of the development planning phase, prior to any deep servicing costs. These key components include water access and treatment; wastewater treatment and disposal; road access; and zoning and land use.
This fund intends to provide a consistent, operating, positive cash flowing, professionally managed portfolio of senior living facilities that provides a unique opportunity to capitalize on favorable market and demographic trends.
